1. Free Plan Usage

NodeCP offers a **completely free plan** for all users. The **free version** allows full access to essential hosting features, including:

• Free SSL Certificates
• File & Database Management
• Email Hosting
• Basic Security Features

No payment is required to use the free plan. You may continue to use NodeCP under these conditions **without any cost**.

2. Paid Plans & Upgrades

While the **free plan remains available**, we also offer **premium plans** that include additional features such as **multi-user management, enhanced security, and cloud backups**.

You are not obligated to upgrade, and the free plan will **always remain free** for non-commercial use.

3. Redistribution & Modification Restrictions

NodeCP is **free to use**, but **you may NOT redistribute, resell, or modify the software for commercial purposes** without **our explicit written permission**.

• You cannot **resell** NodeCP or offer it as a **paid service** without permission.
• You cannot **modify and redistribute** the codebase **without approval**.
• You cannot use the NodeCP **branding or logo** for unauthorized commercial use.
• Violating these terms may result in **termination of your license**.
